- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning. \n
- Proven experience in providing L1/L2 production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and functional troubleshooting across Oracle HCM processes. \n
- Strong understanding of Fusion Setup Manager (FSM) configurations, business process configurations, and BPM workflow management. \n
- Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessment, regression validation, and business readiness activities. \n
- Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting to support operational and business reporting requirements. \n
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent reviews, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. \n
- Experience supporting and coordinating integrations using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between HCM, Payroll, and downstream enterprise applications. \n
Good-to-Have

- Exposure to Core HR, Learning, Absence Management, or Payroll modules. \n
- Experience with HDL/HSDL data loads and mass data updates. \n
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM security and role-based access controls. \n
- Familiarity with Fast Formula development and configuration. \n
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) monitoring and troubleshooting. \n
- Experience in ITIL-based support and release management processes. \n
- Involvement in process improvement and automation initiatives. \n
- Ability to develop user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials. \n
