\n - Strong L2 experience in Routing, Switching, and Wireless
\n - • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper devices
\n - • Knowledge of network isolation and application-level issue analysis
\n - • Good communication and interpersonal skills
\n - • Ability to work independently on L2/L3 issues
\n - Good to have: Knowledge on Cisco SD WAN, Cisco ISE and Citrix NetScaler

Key Responsibilities

Handle L2 routing and wireless operations
\n
• Perform Cisco & Juniper switching configuration and troubleshooting
\n
• Isolate and resolve network vs application issues
\n
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for issue resolution
\n
• Support L2/L3 incidents independently
