\n - Experience in configuring Business Processes, Security, Organizations, Reports, and Calculated Fields.
\n - Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and best practices.
\n - Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
\n - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
