Senior SAP Consultant

Role Overview

The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone (WZ) Consultant is responsible for BAU support and enhancements to deliver a personalized, engaging, and secure digital workplace experience. The role ensures effective content management, role‑based access, and seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support including incident, problem, and change management for Work Zone
\n
• Configure and enhance Work Zone sites, pages, cards, widgets, and role‑based content
\n
• Manage integrations with Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, and SAP BTP services
\n
• Support requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployments, and releases
\n
• Ensure security, governance, content lifecycle management, and system documentation
\n

Stakeholder & Team Management

Collaborate with HR, IT, Communications, and business stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants on Work Zone best practices.

Qualifications & Certifications

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone or SAP BTP certification is preferred; Employee Central or Integration certification is an added advantage.
