Responsibilities
\n
\n - Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
\n - Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US) Module
\n - Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
\n - Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
\n - Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.

Eligibility Criteria
\n
\n - Excellent communication skills
\n - 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
\n - Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
