Job Requirements

6+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud.

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules covering Discrete Manufacturing, Work Definition, Work Execution, Quality, Costing integration, Inventory, Product Information Management and related SCM processes.
\n
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, item structures, BOMs, routings, resources, work centers, production scheduling, shop-floor execution, WIP transactions, quality inspection and production reporting.
\n
• Ability to map AS-IS manufacturing processes to standard Oracle Cloud functionalities and recommend best-practice TO-BE designs.
\n
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle SaaS implementations involving Manufacturing Cloud and integrated SCM modules.
\n
• Good understanding of integrations with Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Planning, Cost Management and Financials.
\n
• Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher and basic Oracle PL/SQL for data migration, reporting and issue analysis.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience for manufacturing transactions, master data, costing and integration issues.
\n
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functional, technical and business teams.
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Lead requirement workshops with business users to understand manufacturing processes, pain points and transformation objectives.
\n
• Design and configure Oracle Manufacturing Cloud capabilities including work definitions, work areas, resources, operations, work execution, production transactions and quality-related processes.
\n
• Prepare solution design documents, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, process flows and test scripts.
\n
• Support data migration activities for items, structures, resources, work definitions and manufacturing master data using FBDI/ADFdi or other approved tools.
\n
• Coordinate with SCM, Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Costing and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
\n
• Drive CRP, SIT, UAT and cutover activities, including defect triage, business validation and issue resolution.
\n
• Validate manufacturing flows such as make-to-stock, make-to-order, discrete work orders, completion, return, scrap, resource charging and cost rollups.
\n
• Provide post-go-live and hypercare support for manufacturing execution, transaction failures, costing impacts and integration issues.
\n
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, extensions, interfaces and conversions as required.
\n
• Deliver user training, prepare knowledge transition material and support adoption of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud processes.
\n
• Ensure documentation quality, configuration traceability, compliance with project governance and timely communication of risks or dependencies.
