Must-Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
\n
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
\n
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.
\n
• Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications.
\n
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
\n
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools.
\n
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
