SAP FICO Architect

With 75+ S/4HANA implementations delivered to date, we're shaping how global finance functions run - and we're looking for the right person to help lead that work.

We're seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to join our SAP Practice, leading a team of FICO consultants and serving as our subject matter expert for SAP Finance & Controlling and Travel Management. This is a role for someone who brings not just deep technical expertise, but genuine energy and passion for driving results across global teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead delivery across core SAP FI-CO areas - Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury - including bolt-on tools like Sabrix and SAP Business Partner.

• Apply hands-on experience with bank and credit card payment interfaces, and middleware integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
\n
• Translate complex workflow requirements into detailed functional specifications through hands-on SAP configuration expertise.
\n
• Partner with global process owners and end users to design solutions that meet both global standards and country-specific statutory requirements.
\n
• Lead external solution analysts and SMEs to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards - enforcing development standards and the SAP global template along the way.

• Drive test strategy (module, integration, UAT, stress) and build training materials and functional documentation to guide RICEFW development.

What you bring:

• Master's degree in Information Management or a related field.
\n
• 12+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling.
\n
• Global experience navigating diverse cultures, time zones, and cross-border communication.
\n
• Awareness of the healthcare industry is a plus; experience in a highly validated environment preferred.
\n
• Strong understanding of KPIs and metrics across multiple ERP areas.
\n
• SAP certification in relevant modules preferred.
\n
• Based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to travel and work on-site with our customers.
