Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced SAP PP-PI Consultants with strong expertise in Production Planning, Process Manufacturing, Batch Management, and SAP PP-PI implementations. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, enhancements, integrations, and production support across enterprise SAP environments.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries)

Hands-on experience in Process Manufacturing, Production Planning, Production Execution, Process Orders, and Recipe Management

Strong knowledge of Master Data including Material Master, BOM, Resources, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Master Recipes

Experience in Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Capacity Planning

Hands-on experience in Process Order Management, Order Execution, Confirmation, Goods Movement, and Settlement Processes

Strong understanding of Batch Management, Batch Determination, Batch Traceability, and Batch Characteristics

Experience in SAP PP-PI integration with MM, QM, WM/EWM, SD, and PM modules

Hands-on experience in Requirement Gathering, Functional Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, and User Training

Knowledge of Process Instructions, Process Messages, PI Sheets, and Process Industry-specific manufacturing scenarios

Experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA PP-PI implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects
