Responsibilities

\n
• Administration and support knowledge for all Citrix components like Storefront, Delivery Controller, Virtual deliver agent, etc.
\n
• Experience and knowledge in PVS & MCS image management.
\n
• Administration and support knowledge for Citrix MPX & VPX ADC products.
\n
• Experience in deploying and support user profile through Citrix CPM/FSLogix.
\n
• Experience in Citrix Imaging and application deployment.
\n
• Application deployment and virtualization.
\n
• Meets key performance indicators for infrastructure, user experience, applications, storage, servers, and network components related to VDI, escalating outcomes appropriately.
\n
• Works on automating system procedures and processes to evolve the technology in the organization.
\n
• Develop and maintain O&S Standard Operating Procedures for VDI Environment.
\n
• Provide support and assistance to System Administrator(s), Network Engineer(s) and Telecommunications Systems staff in the delivery of End User support and Systems Maintenance.
\n
• Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
\n
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
\n
