Job Description:

• Deep technical expertise in the Network security technology domain with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas – Firewalls(Paloalto/checkpoint/FortiGate/cisco), IPS/IDS, Web Proxy, NAC, VPN.
\n
• Proven experience in maintaining security solutions across enterprise environments.
\n
• Provide compliance reports (monthly and based on need)
\n
• Network security deployment & configuration
\n
• Device upgrade and patch management
\n
• Configuration and change management.
\n
• Change & configuration management.
\n
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
\n
• Creation of SOPs for daily operations of network security tools and services
\n
• Creation and modification of custom rules for IPS services
\n
• Monitoring security advisory groups to ensure all necessary security updates, patches, and preventive measures are in place.
\n
• Support forensics activates and requirements.
\n
• Good soft skills and multi-tasking abilities
\n
• Provide day-to-day operational support for the Firewall Management Service.
\n
• Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of firewall setups and management.
\n
• Your role involves resolving operational incidents, managing firewall security policies and rule sets, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.
\n
• Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis
\n
• Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy
\n
• Create various reports for remediation, change tracking, and on a demand basis.
\n
• Initial firewall/IPS testing of parameters, operation, support, and commissioning.
\n
• Knowledge of Analysis of IPSec VPNs implementation and Manage and Monitor all VPN connectivity.
\n
• Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems
\n
• Support client with Firewall Management related questions including those related to remediation procedures.
\n
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement Core level debugging.
\n
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and correcting network problems.
\n
• Adhere to change control/management process.
\n
• Network Security KPI’s & Reporting Metrics
