Must-Have

Technical:

• Hands-on experience in Development, Support project with Onsite-Offshore model
\n
• Expertise in Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Shell Script.
\n
• Knowledge on Oracle Applications modules as stated above in Skill set.
\n
• Adequate Technical ability to Debug issues on own.
\n
• Experience in working with Clients, gathering requirements, and developing codes based on the requirement.
\n
• Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support.
\n

Non-Technical:

\n
• Strong troubleshooting and conceptual skills.
\n
• Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving Is must.
\n
• Should have excellent communication skills and customer facing skills.
\n

Good-to-Have

Experience in Workflow, OAF development, deployment & Implementation

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Working interactively with clients, gathering requirements, and delivering based on the requirement.
\n
• Working in various areas in Oracle ERP, especially Oracle Forms.
\n
• Working on enhancements, deployments, and support of RICE components
\n
• Documentation related to the developed codes.
\n
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.
\n
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
\n
