Responsibilities

• Deep expertise in End‑User Computing (Modern Workplace) architecture
\n
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, AAD/Entra ID & SCCM
\n
• Windows 11 lifecycle management, OS hardening, baselines
\n
• Experience with MDM (iOS/Android), application packaging & patch management
\n
• Experience implementing Zero Trust, Conditional Access & endpoint security
\n
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes & enterprise change governance
\n
• Hands-on experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell)
\n
• Expertise in O365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
\n
• Experience designing large-scale EUC transformation programs & OS migrations
\n
• Strong stakeholder communication & architectural governance skills
\n
• Own EUC architecture, roadmap & modernization strategy for the enterprise
\n
• Design & govern enterprise-wide endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
\n
• Define standards for device configuration, compliance, security & lifecycle management
\n
• Architect VDI & workspace solutions for scalability & performance
\n
• Drive automation, standardization & efficiency across EUC services
\n
