Role Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP MDG Lead Consultant to lead Master Data Governance implementations across Material, Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, and Finance domains. The role involves solution design, governance framework definition, workflow implementation, data quality initiatives, and stakeholder management in SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
\n
• Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
\n
• Design and implement:
\n
• MDG-M (Material)
\n
• MDG-BP (Business Partner)
\n
• MDG-S (Supplier/Vendor)
\n
• MDG-C (Customer)
\n
• MDG-F (Finance)
\n
• Configure Data Models, Process Models, UI Models, BRF+ validations, and Workflow processes.
\n
• Define master data governance standards, approval workflows, and data quality controls.
\n
• Drive integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
\n
• Lead UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
\n
• Mentor team members and interact with business stakeholders across global programs.
\n

Mandatory Skills

\n
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP MDG.
\n
• Hands-on experience in:
\n
• MDG-M, MDG-BP, MDG-C, MDG-S, and/or MDG-F
\n
• Data Modeling
\n
• Process Modeling
\n
• UI Modeling
\n
• BRF+
\n
• Rule-Based Workflows
\n
• Data Replication Framework (DRF)
\n
• Change Request Management
\n
• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
\n
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and master data management strategies.
\n
• Team leadership and client-facing consulting experience
