Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced SAP PPQM Consultants with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The role involves configuring and supporting manufacturing and quality processes, implementing end-to-end SAP solutions, optimizing production planning, and ensuring quality compliance across enterprise environments.

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in SAP PP and QM modules

• Hands-on experience in SAP PPQM Implementation and Support projects

• Expertise in Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control

• Experience in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Notifications

• Strong knowledge of Master Data, BOM, Routing, and Work Centers

• Experience in Production Orders and Process Orders management

• Knowledge of Batch Management and Serial Number Management

• Experience with Integration between PP, QM, MM, SD, and WM/EWM modules

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality business processes

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PPQM implementations and migrations

• Expertise in configuration, testing, and user support activities

• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills

• Experience working in enterprise-scale SAP landscapes
