Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator Lead with 8-12 years of expertise in managing large-scale Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Azure AD, virtualization, automation, troubleshooting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and support of enterprise Windows Server environments.
\n
• Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 infrastructure.
\n
• Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
\n
• Handle server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, patching, and decommissioning activities.
\n
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and identity management.
\n
• Perform troubleshooting for server performance, availability, and infrastructure-related issues.
\n
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
\n
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
\n
• Implement monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
\n
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud, and application teams.
\n
• Mentor junior administrators and provide technical leadership.
\n
• Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards.
\n
