\n
\n - Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAPHCM with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects.
\n - Should understand and map Core HCM processes like Transfer, Promotion, Retirement etc., along with Time Management & SAP Indian Payroll. Integration knowledge with FI module during FI posting and bank transfer happens is a must.
\n - Knowledge of SAP HCM on HANA i.e. H4S4 and identifies the changes between two paradigms
\n - Knowledge in FIORI Apps and application areas in HCM module
\n - have experience to work with technical team and other modules
