Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
\n
• Manage payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and costing.
\n
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas.
\n
• Support payroll processing, reconciliation, and period-end activities.
\n
• Gather requirements and prepare functional design documents.
\n
• Perform testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
\n
• Work on payroll integrations, reporting, and data migration.
\n
• Ensure payroll compliance and provide end-user support.
