Oracle Apps DBA Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications DBA (Apps DBA) with 6+ years of hands-on experience in administering, maintaining, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle Database Administration, EBS architecture, cloning, patching, performance tuning, upgrades, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12/R12.2 environments.

• Perform Oracle Database installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
\n
• Manage application and database cloning activities.
\n
• Apply Oracle EBS, AD, TXK, and database patches.
\n
• Perform system maintenance, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
\n
• Monitor and optimize database and application performance.
\n
• Manage Concurrent Managers, Workflow services, and Apache/WebLogic services.
\n
• Troubleshoot application, middleware, and database-related issues.
\n
• Execute refreshes, migrations, and environment management activities.
\n
• Support EBS upgrades and platform migrations.
\n
• Work with functional and technical teams to resolve production issues.
\n
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
