Must-Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
\n
• Experience in Windows Autopilot deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
\n
• Expertise in Windows Update for Business (WUfB) policy configuration and update ring management.
\n
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
\n
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 devices through Intune.
\n
• Knowledge of device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
\n
• Experience troubleshooting device enrollment, policy deployment, and update-related issues.
\n
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) join and hybrid join concepts.
\n
• Understanding of endpoint security and device management best practices.
\n
• Experience working in enterprise-scale endpoint management environments
\n

Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) administration.
\n
• Operating System Deployment (OSD) and task sequence management.
\n
• Patch management using SCCM and Windows servicing models.
\n
• Co-management between Intune and Configuration Manager.
\n
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration.
\n
• Endpoint Analytics and reporting.
\n
• Group Policy migration to Intune.
\n
• Microsoft 365 administration knowledge.
\n
• ITIL-based support and service management experience.
\n
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Endpoint Administration.
\n
