Candidate should have good hands on experience in People Analytics. Candidate should have Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience Candidate should have experience in support Candidate should have good understanding of Recruiting and Onboarding Life Cycle Management processes in global organization Candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, preparation of business blueprint, conducting fit-gap analysis and configuration Candidate should have valid SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding certification. Candidate must have very good communication and presentation skills, including good command over English language, both spoken and written. Preferred experience in new project scope preparation and project proposals.
