Job Description - Pan India

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, with experience in implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support projects.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions in PeopleSoft FSCM.
\n
• Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
\n
• Work on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment activities.
\n
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
\n
• Develop and support People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher reports.
\n
• Support system integrations with ERP, Finance, HRMS, and third-party applications.
\n
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
\n
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
\n
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional.
\n
• Strong knowledge of FSCM modules such as:

• General Ledger (GL)
\n
• Accounts Payable (AP)
\n
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
\n
• Asset Management (AM)
\n
• Purchasing (PO)
\n
• Inventory Management
\n
• Project Costing
\n
• Expenses
\n
• Experience with:
\n
• People Code
\n
• Application Engine
\n
• SQR
\n
• Integration Broker
\n
• Component Interface
\n
• BI Publisher
\n
• SQL/PLSQL
\n
• Experience in implementation, support, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
\n
• Strong understanding of financial and supply chain business processes.
\n

Eligibility Criteria

\n
• Overall Experience: 6-10 Years
\n
• Relevant experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional.
\n
• Minimum one end-to-end implementation or support project.
\n
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment.
\n

• PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrade Experience.
\n
• Cloud Integration Experience.
\n
• Oracle Database Knowledge.
\n
• PeopleSoft Certifications (Preferred).
