Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Field Service Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Service modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of field service operations, including service requests, installed base management, service contracts, depot repair, warranty management, and field technician dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle EBS Field Service modules.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
\n
• Support Service Request and Case Management processes.
\n
• Manage Installed Base and Asset Tracking functionalities.
\n
• Configure and maintain Service Contracts and Warranty Management.
\n
• Support Depot Repair and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
\n
• Work with Inventory teams for spare parts management and field service operations.
\n
• Prepare functional specifications and support integration testing.
\n
• Conduct SIT/UAT and production support activities.
\n
• Work closely with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, and reports.
\n
• Participate in go-live, hypercare, and enhancement projects.
