Location: Chennai

Interview Venue: Gate 04, TCS Siruseri Campus,Plot No. 1, G‑1, SIPCOT Information Technology Park

Near Siruseri Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Navalur Post, Siruseri, Chennai – 603103, Tamil Nadu

Note-While coming for Walkin:-

· Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies)

· Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises.

Must Have:

1. Cisco Switches, Nexus, Cisco Router, WLC and Access Points

2. Monitoring experience on Data center devices i.e, Nexus Switches, ACI device, Router, Wireless.

3. Must have skill set in troubleshooting Switching, Routing, Wireless on L1/L1.5 level

4.Required knowledge on Manage/Configuring/Troubleshooting

• Switching - HSRP, VPC, Ether Port channeling & STP.
\n
• Routing - Static, EIGRP, BGP & MPLS
\n
• Wireless - Controller & Access point
\n
• Monitoring – Manage Network device Monitoring Tools, Network Circuit Monitoring Tools.
\n
• Service-now Ticketing tool
\n
• ITIL process
\n

CCNA course should be completed, CCNA certificate is added advantage.

Good to Have:

1. APCON & Wireshark log analysis
\n
2. Infoblox
\n
3. Firewall concepts
\n
4. Cisco ACI
\n

Essential:

\n
• Basic port configuration of Network devices.
\n
• Installing & Upgrading of IOS to network devices
\n
• Coordinate with vendor and other stakeholders
\n
• Basic network level troubleshooting knowledge
\n
• Basic wireless troubleshooting knowledge
\n

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
\n
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
