Key Responsibilities

• Experience in network engineering and data analysis, with strong exposure to Cisco Meraki environments
\n
• Hands-on experience with:
\n
• Meraki Dashboard configuration (Switching, Wireless, Security & SD-WAN)
\n
• Network monitoring and telemetry tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog)
\n
• Strong understanding of:
\n
• TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics)
\n
• Network performance tuning and troubleshooting methodologies
\n
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python preferred) for data extraction and reporting
\n
• Exposure to REST APIs and Meraki APIs for automation and integration
\n
• Ability to analyze large volumes of network data and derive actionable insights
\n
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management experience in network engineering and data analysis, with strong exposure to Cisco Meraki environments
\n
