Required Experience

1 experience in SAP HCM projects.
\n
2. Implementation experience in HCM and HCM certified.
\n
3. Should have UK PY skills who can work independently as individual
\n
contributor with the customer
\n
4. Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
\n
5. Support experience which involves few custom developments
\n
6. Experience of setting up HR Mini Master Data.
\n
7. Good knowledge of HR processes across different modules.
\n
8. Overall understanding of core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Trainings & Event Management.
\n
9. Should be aware about Master and Transaction data deletion concepts
