\nRole Summary
\nWe are seeking an experienced IT/OT Integration Engineer to support integration between industrial automation systems (PLC/SCADA) and MES/enterprise systems. The role focuses on OPC UA integration, NodeSet standardization, and ensuring reliable end-to-end data flow across multiple vendors.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Integrate PLC, SCADA, and MES systems across multiple vendors
\n• Define and implement OPC UA architecture, including NodeSet generation and validation
\n• Ensure alignment with data standards, naming conventions, and templates
\n• Coordinate with vendors for PLC tags, telemetry data, alarms, and events
\n• Support end-to-end data flow (PLC → SCADA → MES)
\n• Validate PLC tag lists, SCADA data models, telemetry, and alarms
\n• Troubleshoot integration and communication issues
\n• Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities
\nRequired Qualifications
\n• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field
\n• 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation and IT/OT integration
\n• Strong experience with OPC UA (Client/Server and data modeling)
\n• Experience with NodeSet generation and management
\nTechnical Skills
\n• PLC systems (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Beckhoff)
\n• SCADA systems (Ignition)
\n• MES integration concepts
\n• Industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, TCP/IP, Profinet)
\n• Data standardization (ISA-95 preferred)
\nPreferred Experience
\n• Experience in multi-vendor environments
\n• Exposure to battery manufacturing or process industry
\n• Knowledge of IEC 81346, ISA S5.1 standards
\nExperience Level
\n• Minimum: 5 years in automation/integration roles
\n• Preferred: 7–10 years in IT/OT or system integration projects
