They transform raw data into clean, accessible formats to power business analytics, reporting, and machine learning models. Key Responsibilities Data Pipeline Development: Build robust ETL/ELT data ingestion and processing workflows using services like Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Data proc. Data Warehousing: Design and optimize large-scale data storage and analytics solutions using Big Query and Cloud Storage. Workflow Orchestration: Automate, schedule, and monitor data pipelines using Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow). Collaboration: Work alongside data scientists, analysts, and product managers to deliver reliable data products. Data Governance & Security: Implement security best practices, access controls, and data privacy compliance using IAM and encryption standards.
