We are looking for experienced SAP SD who are passionate about building and managing enterprise-scale IT Operations Management solutions. If you have expertise in Extensive knowledge of sales & Distirbution sub-modules along with integration with SAP MM, TM, GTS and FI module.

📌 Job Title- SAP OTC Consultant

📍 Location - Kochi

💼 Experience Required - 5 to 13 Years

Must-Have

1. SAP Technical, Configuration, and Business knowledge in SD module

2. Extensive knowledge of sales & Distirbution sub-modules along with integration with SAP MM, TM, GTS and FI module.

3. End to end Process knowledge related to SAP.

4. Good Knowledge in Mastadata setup mainly in the area of Equipment Masters, Setup of InstallBase and warranty.

5. Should have knowledge in error handling of Idocs and data file. Knowledge in addressing AIF error hands-on.

6. Good Knowledge in Contracts and SD Billing.

Good-to-Have

1. Exposure to Incident management tools and terminologies

2. Hands on experience of SAP ABAP

3. Understand integrations with non-SAP applications

4. Understanding of change management process

5. Exposure to S/4 HANA

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Providing technical and Functional support to Business on day to day issues

2 Provide support to resolve L2 and L3 issues with in the SLA

3 Follow change management process to deploy Production Fixes and Problem Tickets

4 Actively Monitor the Interfaces and support Business KPIs

4 Demonstrates Business knowledge to support Business Proccess and RCA on issues.

5 Coordinate cross-functional activities between towers and technical teams on integrated issues
