1. Strong hands‑on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 5.x), NSX‑T, vSAN, and ARIA Suite in enterprise environments. Proven ability to support, maintain, and optimize VMware virtualization platforms.

2. Demonstrated ability to handle BAU operations and P1/P2 critical incidents, including break‑fix support, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and capacity management using VMware ARIA tools.
\n
3. Hands‑on experience with DellEMC VxRail, including upgrades, patching, and lifecycle operations, with strong understanding of its integration with VMware components.

Good-to-Have

1. In‑depth skills in NSX‑T networking and security, including Distributed Firewall (DFW), routing, overlays, federation, and troubleshooting complex network scenarios.
\n
2. Experience with Disaster Recovery tools such as VMware SRM and Dell RecoverPoint for VMs (RP4VM), including DR planning, testing, and recovery operations.
\n
3. Strong analytical skills for cross‑stack (compute, storage, network) optimization, along with clear documentation practices. VMware certifications such as VCP or VCAP are an added advantage.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

1 Support, maintain, and optimize enterprise VMware environments across VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX‑T, vSAN, and ARIA Suite.

2 Own BAU operations and Day‑2 support activities, including monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity management.

3 Independently handle P1/P2 critical incidents, perform break‑fix resolution, and conduct root cause analysis.

4 Execute platform lifecycle activities such as upgrades, patching, and maintenance, including DellEMC VxRail operations.

5 Collaborate with teams, maintain technical documentation, and ensure high availability and stability of virtualization platforms.
