Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should possess hands-on experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects within manufacturing environments. Experience in integrating PP/QM with MM, SD, EWM, CO, and MES systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PP and QM processes.
\n
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
\n
• Configure master data including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Inspection Plans.
\n
• Implement and support MRP, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning, and Quality Inspection processes.
\n
• Work on Quality Notifications, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Usage Decision, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
\n
• Prepare functional specifications, coordinate WRICEF/RICEFW developments, and support testing activities.
\n
• Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for PP-QM integration with MM, SD, EWM, CO, and MES.
