Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with end users and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.

• Support Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related supply chain modules, including OM, Inventory, and Pricing.
\n
• Analyze Oracle Order to Cash processes and provide effective techno-functional solutions.
\n
• Develop, review, and support PL/SQL-based solutions with strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
\n
• Work on RICE components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions, as required by business needs.
\n
• Operate effectively in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities may change dynamically.
