Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows & Mac endpoints.
\n
• Install, configure, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, & peripheral devices.
\n
• Perform OS installations, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.
\n
• Ensure endpoint security compliance and policy adherence.
\n
• Provide L2 support for end-user computing issues.
\n
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
\n
• Coordinate with L3 Customer teams for issue resolution.
\n
• Deploy software packages, updates, and security patches.
\n
• Monitor endpoint health and compliance.
\n
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
\n
• Generate operational reports and dashboards.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and assets.
\n
• Proven experience as an End User Computing (EUC) Administrator.
\n
• Good at managing, supporting, and maintaining end-user devices, workplace technologies, and related infrastructure to ensure seamless IT services for business users.
\n
• Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop administration, software deployment, asset management, user support, security compliance, and endpoint management.
\n
• Familiarity with Endpoint Management & automation.
\n
• Support M365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, & Office apps.
\n
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and access requests.
\n
• Assist with mailbox and collaboration tool troubleshooting.
