We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP data migration tools, data quality, data governance, migration strategy, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Define and own the overall SAP Data Migration strategy for S/4HANA programs.
\n
• Lead workshops with business and functional teams to define data requirements and migration scope.
\n
• Design migration architecture, data mappings, transformation rules, and load strategies.
\n
• Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
\n
• Drive migration using Syniti ADM/ADMM, SAP BODS, DMC/LTMC and related SAP tools.
\n
• Establish governance, data quality checkpoints, and business sign-off processes.
\n
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, Basis, and integration teams.
\n
• Manage offshore/onshore migration teams and ensure timely delivery.
\n
• Support mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
