Job Requirements*

An SAP Security & GRC Consultant must have strong skills in user and role administration, authorization concepts, and SAP transactions like SU01, PFCG, SU53, and SUIM.

They should be proficient in SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis (SoD), Access Request Management, Firefighter (EAM), and audit remediation.

Knowledge of S/4HANA security, Fiori roles, catalogs, CDS views, and basic SAP Basis and system landscape concepts is highly valued.

A good consultant also understands business processes, compliance requirements (SOX, audits), and how to translate business needs into secure role designs.

Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving skills, along with relevant SAP Security or GRC certifications, are essential for career growth.
