Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain AIX/UNIX servers in enterprise environments.
\n
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of AIX systems.
\n
• Manage user accounts, file systems, LVM, NIM, and system performance tuning.
\n
• Monitor system availability, security, backups, and storage utilization.
\n
• Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve server-related issues.
\n
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and capacity planning activities.
\n

Required Skills:

\n
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in AIX Administration.
\n
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting.
\n
• Experience with LVM, NIM, HACMP/PowerHA, system monitoring, and patch management.
\n
• Good understanding of server performance tuning, backup, and recovery processes.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
