Role: Database Administrator (MongoDB)

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Pune

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator (MongoDB) with 5+ years of experience in database administration, performance tuning, monitoring, backup and recovery, and high availability environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB administration, database optimization, security management, and troubleshooting mission-critical production databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB Administration.
\n
• Expertise in MongoDB Replication, Sharding, Indexing, and Query Optimization.
\n
• Experience with Backup and Recovery strategies.
\n
• Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas administration is preferred.
\n
• Experience in performance monitoring and tuning of large-scale databases.
\n
• Strong understanding of database security and access controls.
\n
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
\n
• Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or similar tools.
\n
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, or equivalent.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
