Endpoint Management

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM.
\n
• Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment
\n
• Administer multi-platform environments including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
\n

Deployment & Provisioning

\n
• Implement Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
\n
• Configure policies for application deployment, updates, and security enforcement.
\n

Security & Compliance

\n
• Enforce device compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access controls.
\n
• Monitor endpoint security and respond to incidents.
\n
• Manage patching and updates using Intune and integration tools Troubleshooting & Support
\n
• Provide L2/L3 support for Intune-related issues including device enrollment, policy failures, and application deployment issues.
\n
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve escalated incidents Integration & Automation
\n
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 services
\n
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and remediation. Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and AD teams for seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint
\n
• Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365
\n
• Expertise in managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
\n
• Knowledge of MDM, MAM, compliance policies, and security
\n
• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device
\n
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
\n
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN
\n

Good-to-Have Skills

\n
• Experience with SCCM / MECM and co-management
\n
• Knowledge of application packaging and deployment (Win32, LOB apps)
\n
• Exposure to security tools such as Microsoft Defender
\n
