\nWe help enterprises transform how they operate - leveraging SAP, Salesforce, Data & Analytics (Databricks, Snowflake), Application Modernization, and AI-driven solutions. With 75+ S/4HANA implementations delivered to date, we're looking for a SAP PLM Architect to own functional delivery across Manage Specification, Manage Recipe, and Mass Change on SAP S/4HANA 2022 - for a leading global consumer goods client. This is a hybrid/ remote position.
\nWhat you'll be doing:

- Lead requirement discovery directly with product owners and process experts, acting as the primary functional point of contact for your work stream. \n
- Translate business needs into build-ready functional designs - process flows, field behavior, validations, status transitions, and acceptance criteria. \n
- Own functional configuration across Manage Specification, Manage Recipe, and Mass Change, guiding ABAP, OData, and SAPUI5/Fiori engineers on functional intent. \n
- Assess cross-application impact across specifications, recipes, formulas, and dependent applications, protecting data quality and process compliance. \n
- Define test strategy, drive UAT and defect triage to business sign-off, and lead root-cause analysis for production incidents. \n
- Coach junior functional consultants and communicate solution options, risks, and decisions clearly across technical and business stakeholders. \n
What you bring:

- Demonstrable SAP PLM functional consulting experience in Recipe Management and/or Specification Management, ideally in a lead & architect capacity. \n
- Practical experience delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions, with S/4HANA 2022 experience strongly preferred. \n
- Strong understanding of SAP EHS/PLM specification structures, property trees, classifications, and authorization concepts. \n
- Experience with BRF+, workflow/My Inbox, role/authorization design, and mass-maintenance solutions. \n
- Background in global R&D, consumer goods, food, or similarly compliance-intensive environments. \n
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps delivery, including BAU support and hypercare. \n
- Relevant SAP certification in S/4HANA, PLM, EHS, or Fiori (preferred, not mandatory). \n
