About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto security platforms, Prisma Access/SASE, Juniper Mist, and Juniper networking.

The role will focus on supporting and enhancing enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud-delivered environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting complex connectivity issues, security configurations, wireless and switching environments, and network upgrades/migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS), including security policies, NAT, VPNs, and threat-prevention features.
\n
• Deploy, administer, and support Palo Alto Prisma Access / SASE environments.
\n
• Manage Juniper Mist wireless environments, including WLAN configuration, Marvis/AI-driven operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
\n
• Configure and support Juniper EX/QFX switches using Junos.
\n
• Support enterprise access points, VLANs, routing, switching, and campus network infrastructure.
\n
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise DNS services, including DNS records, name resolution, and related connectivity issues.
\n
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network connectivity issues.
\n
• Work with networking technologies and protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and STP.
\n
• Monitor network availability and performance and respond to infrastructure incidents.
\n
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring or critical network issues.
\n
• Support network upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
\n
• Maintain network configurations, technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
\n
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• 5+ years of enterprise Network Engineering experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls / PAN-OS.
\n
• Practical experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access / SASE.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Juniper Mist, including wireless management and troubleshooting.
\n
• Experience with Juniper switching – EX/QFX series and Junos.
\n
• Good understanding of DNS architecture and troubleshooting.
\n
• Strong networking fundamentals across TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and STP.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and network incident-management capabilities.
\n
• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site network environments.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Certifications such as PCNSE / PCNSA, JNCIA / JNCIS, CCNA, or equivalent.
\n
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or multi-location network environments.
\n
• Exposure to network monitoring and automation tools.
\n
• Experience participating in network migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
\n
