Job Description

TCS is looking for an experienced SAP IBP Developer with 6-8 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP IBP implementations, configuration, integration, and support, along with a deep understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support SAP IBP solutions.
\n
• Work on SAP IBP modules such as:
\n
• Demand Planning (IBP-DP)
\n
• Supply Planning (IBP-SOP)
\n
• Inventory Optimization (IBP-IO)
\n
• Response & Supply (IBP-RS)
\n
• Develop planning areas, key figures, attributes, calculations, and business rules.
\n
• Configure planning levels, forecasting models, and planning operators.
\n
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, BW, and other third-party applications.
\n
• Develop and support CPI-DS data integration jobs and interfaces.
\n
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
\n
• Gather business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions.
\n
• Prepare technical documentation and support user training activities.
\n

  Required Skills

  • 6-8 years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP IBP.
  \n
  • Strong experience in SAP IBP configuration and development.
  \n
  • Knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  \n
  • Experience with CPI-DS, SAP HANA, and integration frameworks.
  \n
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
  \n
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration.
  \n
  • Exposure to SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
  \n
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  \n

  • Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects.

  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.
