Must-Have:

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux (RHEL 7, 8, 9) and AIX systems
\n
Handle incident management & service requests as per SLA
\n
Troubleshoot issues related to OS, filesystem, networking, and user access good to have SSSD / Kerberos knowledge
\n
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using monitoring tools
\n
Apply patches, upgrades, and security fixes
\n
Manage file systems, LVM, and disk provisioning
\n
Log analysis
\n
Backup validation
\n
Aix TL upgrades Migrations and apply efixes
\n
Aix disk management
\n
Hands on NIM server experience
\n
Aix Lpars, VIOS, HMC Knowledge
\n
Automate operational tasks using Shell / Python scripting / Ansible
\n
Experience in Cloud(Azure/GCP)
\n
