\nExperience Range: 4+ years
\nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Developer/Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow and business process management solutions using Oracle BPM Suite. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in process automation, workflow development, integration services, and Oracle Middleware technologies.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Design, develop, and deploy business process applications using Oracle BPM Suite 11g/12c. \n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into BPM process models and workflows. \n
- Develop BPMN-based process flows, Human Tasks, Business Rules, and Process Analytics. \n
- Integrate Oracle BPM solutions with enterprise applications using SOA Suite, BPEL, REST, SOAP Web Services, and APIs. \n
- Configure and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments. \n
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities. \n
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, integration, and performance-related issues. \n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams for end-to-end delivery. \n
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation. \n
- Participate in production support and enhancement activities. \n
Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Oracle BPM Suite 11g/12c. \n
- Hands-on expertise in BPMN 2.0 process modeling. \n
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules. \n
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services. \n
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server Administration. \n
- Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle Database). \n
- Understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization. \n
- Experience in deployment, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM applications. \n
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \n
Preferred Skills:
\n- \n
- Oracle BPM/SOA certifications. \n
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). \n
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies. \n
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. \n
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, or Healthcare domains. \n
