Job Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM.

• Manage Business Processes, Security, Organizations, and Staffing.
\n
• Create Calculated Fields, Reports, and Dashboards.
\n
• Support implementation, enhancements, testing, and production issues.
\n
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
\n

Must-Have Skills

\n
• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
\n
• Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM.
\n
• Experience in Business Process Configuration and Security.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and EIB.
\n
• Experience in testing, data migration, and production support.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Experience in Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
\n
• Workday HCM Certification.
\n
• Exposure to Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or PECI.
\n
