Must-Have

\n
• Experience in design and installation of Microsoft SCCM
\n
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
\n
• Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing
\n
• Experience in supporting Windows administration.
\n
• Designing SCCM architecture and extending AD schema.
\n

Good-to-Have

\n
• Preferably ITIL foundation Certified
\n
• Automated package deployment process
\n
• Assist the third-party system patching and knowing other system knowledge .
\n

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

\n
• Provide remote support as and when needed
\n
• Application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
\n
• Troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance, and providing administration, configuration, installation, deployment and maintenance.
\n
• Day to day administration of SCCM environment to include engineering new solutions as needed
\n
• Responsible to make sure that the SCCM environment is working smoothly, and also have the overall knowledge about these systems running on different operating systems.
\n
• Must be able to work on-call as specific and weekends
\n
• Creating and updating technical documentation as required
\n
