Role : Network Routing & Switching YOE : 4 to 15 Location : Bangalore JD: Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions • Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements • Jointly creates and review project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans • Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues • Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions • Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Provides support for proper and quick resolution of customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies. Scope: • Collaborates proactively with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs • Typically interacts with individual contributors and managers; may interact with customers Complexity: • Exercises judgement with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions Works on problems of moderate scope and complexity that may require analysis of situations, data, or problems Prior experience of conducting customer workshops, High level and low level network design experience would be preferred. Experience with Virtualization (OpenStack / VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper V / Red Hat KVM / Linux Containers etc) CX Centres Professional Services Consolidated Routing & Switching Ent Domain Knowledge of emerging technologies like SDA/ SDWAN preferred Knowledge of UCS products and Hyperflex , DCNM, Nexus Dashboard Network automation skills preferred (Python/ Ansible/ GoLang/ Splunk)
