Roles and Responsibilities
\n
\n
\n - Administer and support Commvault Backup & Recovery environment.
\n - Monitor daily backup, restore, replication, and archive jobs.
\n - Investigate and resolve backup failures within SLA.
\n - Perform data restoration requests for files, databases, VMs, and applications.
\n - Configure and manage backup policies, schedules, storage policies, and retention settings.
\n - Manage Media Agents, CommServe, clients, and storage libraries.
\n - Support backup infrastructure upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
\n - Perform capacity planning and backup environment health checks.
\n - Troubleshoot performance issues related to backups, restores, and deduplication.
\n - Coordinate with server, database, storage, network, and application teams during incidents.
