Exp: 7+ years

Location: Chennai

Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0, integrations, business process configuration, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions based on business requirements.
\n
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
\n
• Configure onboarding processes, tasks, compliance forms, document management, and workflows.
\n
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
\n
• Work on integrations between SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
\n
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
\n
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
\n
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
\n
• Support data migration and validation activities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project standards.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
\n
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
\n
• Experience with onboarding process setup, knowledge transfer, and compliance activities.
\n
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
\n
• Experience in role-based permissions (RBP), business rules, and workflows.
\n
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors platform, MDF objects, and integration concepts.
\n
• Experience in testing, deployment, and production support.
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification.
\n
• Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, and Integration Center.
\n
• Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integrations.
\n
• Experience working in global implementation projects.
\n
