Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into JDE solutions Configure and support: Sales Order Management (SOM) Inventory Management Procurement (Purchase Orders) Advanced Pricing Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process Perform :System setup and configuration Gap analysis and solution design Functional documentation (FS, BRD) Support: Data migration and system testing (UAT/SIT) Go-live and post-production support Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
