Senior Functional Consultant - SAP PLM

We are looking to add experienced Senior Functional Consultant – SAP PLM:

As the functional lead, you will drive end-to-end solution delivery across Manage Specification, Manage Recipe, and Mass Change applications on SAP S/4HANA 2022. You will collaborate with global business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP PLM enhancements from requirements through hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and solution design with global business stakeholders.
\n
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, validations, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
\n
• Configure SAP PLM and work closely with ABAP, OData, and SAP Fiori/UI5 developers.
\n
• Perform impact analysis across specifications, recipes, formulas, workflows, classifications, and related PLM objects.
\n
• Drive SIT, Regression, UAT, defect management, production support, and hypercare.
\n
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership within Agile/DevOps teams.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PLM with Specification Management and/or Recipe Management.
\n
• Expertise in: Manage Specification, Manage Recipe, Mass Change, SAP Fiori, SAP EHS/PLM, BRF+, Workflow & Authorizations
\n
• Functional Design & Testing and bility to collaborate effectively with ABAP, OData, and SAPUI5 development teams.
\n
• Experience in global R&D or regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
\n
• SAP certification is a plus.
\n
